How do we book a Paintball or laser combat game?

1) As soon as you have an idea of your group size, and the date you want to play, call us on 01902 844467 or provisionally book online to make a provisional booking. Provisional bookings are FREE.


2) When it gets within 14 days of your game date, we require a non refundable deposit from your group to confirm your game.
If a deposit is not received we cannot guarantee spaces will be available for you.

Can we cancel a Paintball or laser combat game?

CANCELLING PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
If your game is a provisional booking (you have not paid the deposit and have a provisional booking form) - you can cancel free of charge at any time - just call us on 01902 844467.


CANCELLING CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
If your game is a confirmed booking (you have paid the deposit) - deposits are non refundable.
Please make sure to cancel the game by calling us on 01902 844467 at least 24 hours before your game date, or you will be charged a £50 cancellation fee.

Can we reschedule our game?

Call us on 01902 844467 ASAP to reschedule a game.
If your game is a confirmed booking, please call us at least 24 hours before your game date (to ensure you are not charged a cancellation fee)

Can I just turn up on the day, without booking?

Pre booking is essential - if you want a game at short notice, give us a call first on 01902 844467 and if we have spaces, you will be able to book a game.

Will you give us a discount?

For every 10 players who turn up on the day on a Bronze, Silver, Gold or Xtreme package, you get one free Paintball package.
Large groups (30 or more) who book on Gold or Xtreme packages will receive one free box of 2000 Paintballs - if 30 or over turn up on the day..

Do you have catering facilities? Can we bring our own food / drink?

We have full catering facilities, as well as indoor and outdoor seating areas, proper loos, and lockers.
Bringing your own food is fine, and non alcoholic drinks (alcohol is not allowed on site, neither are drunk players).

What is the minimum age for Paintballing?

The minimum age for Paintball at SAS Paintball UK is 14.
We offer an exciting alternative for Paintball for players as young as 8 years old - Laser combat.
For night Paintball games, the minimum age is 18.

What is the smallest group size for Paintballing?

For weekday games, the minimum group size for Paintball is usually 16.
There is no minimum group size for weekend Paintball games.
If your group wants to play only amongst themselves - with no other players mixed in - you will usually require 24 players.

What is the recommended clothing for Paintballing?

We recommend fairly thick, loose clothing - and boots, hats and gloves.
We supply all safety gear and combat coveralls. We sell gloves and hats on site (but dont hire them).

What do we need to bring?

Just bring yourself in the recommended clothing - everything else is provided.

What is included?

All our Paintball packages include:

  • Full Paintball equipment hire
  • On a full day, you will play up to 14 games, split across our indoor, outdoor and woodland game zones
  • On a half day, you will play up to 8 games, split across our indoor and outdoor game zones

What Paintball games do we play?

On a full day, you will play up to 14 Paintball games split across our indoor, outdoor and woodland game zones.
On a half day, you will play up to 8 Paintball games, split across our indoor and outdoor game zones.

What times do the Paintball games run?

Full days start at 0930, and finish at 1630 (approx).
Half day mornings start at 0930, and finish at 1330 (approx).
Half day afternoons start at 1330.
Night games start at 1800, and finish at 2100 (approx)

Does being shot by a Paintball hurt?

Paintballs are much softer then they used to be, trust us! But at the end of the day, you are being shot by a small ball travelling at 180MPH, so dress sensibly (or not sensibly at all if its a stag do).

Can we bring our own Paintballs?

No. For safety reasons, only Paintballs purchased from SAS Paintball UK can be used. These cost: 100 Paintballs - £6.00. 500 Paintballs - £25.00. 2000 Paintballs - £90.00
